Private/public collaboration

When our moderator and moderator have the topic of private/public collaboration, they demonstrate an understanding of both private and public collaboration dynamics. In doing so, they maintain neutrality.
They also need to know the rules and guidelines – and the differences that exist in private and public collaboration.
They are neutral and objective during debate sessions. This is to ensure a fair and balanced discussion. Moderators navigate in understanding the motives of both private and public organizations. All points of view should have the opportunity to be heard. By having insight into how private and public collaboration works, moderators create an environment where constructive dialog and collaboration is possible.
They may find that conflicts arise during debate sessions, and this is where moderators need to understand both sides and work towards solutions.
